So a good friend of mine is building a house in South Dakota. Yes, he beat me to it getting out of California. We offered to stop by and help out were we could. Spend over a week there and had a great time helping build a steel building and seeing the sights around Rapid City. The big surprise here is the weather. It changed often and without much notice sometimes. The first day we got there the rain and hail was something out of a movie. I was sure Julia (our motorhome) would sustain major damage, but to my surprise only a vent was damaged.
